August 3, 2025
Buddhist Path, Meditation & Mindfulness, Online Programs
Program Start Date & Time: August 3rd | 10:00 am
Program End Date & Time: August 3rd | 5:00 pm
In a world facing profound challenges, we are not asked to choose between inner development and meaningful outward action—we are called to bring them together! This retreat offers both a vision and foundational training in integrating inner and outer awakening.
Through meditation, interactive exercises, short teachings, and heartfelt discussions, we will explore:
- Seeing the world with wisdom eyes
- Cultivating mindfulness, insight, lovingkindness, compassion, and equanimity
- Meeting difficult emotions and thoughts with skill, awareness, and compassion
- Developing wise and empathic speech and communication
- Clarifying your intentions and discovering your next steps on the path.
Join us in connecting the inner journey with outer change—bringing presence, purpose, and heart to our lives and communities. All are welcome, including those without previous experience in meditation.
