What to Expect
Every day begins with a teacher’s talk, followed by morning practice(s), lunch, an afternoon practice, dinner, and an evening wind‑down.
The talks weave theory into a bigger picture, while the practice sessions blend meditation, embodiment, practical philosophy, and dialogue to support well‑being and insight. reframe lets you craft your own experience.
Whether you want to try everything or carve out time to reflect and integrate insights, the festival encourages both energetic participation and contemplative integration.

Why Attend?
Feel uncertain where you or the world is headed? If you’ve gone through all the books and podcasts but don’t know what to do about it – reframe is for you.
Already practicing meditation or yoga but can’t find lasting peace with yourself, others, or the world? At reframe, you’ll get to try some other practices that might help.
Chasing happiness or wrestling with the “meaning of life” question? reframe offers another way of looking at and working through these.
Want to engage in transformative practice with like minded seekers, explorers and professional helpers? This is the place to be.
Do you care about your own wellbeing, the wellbeing of others, or that of the planet, and are open to having your preconceptions challenged in service of a better world? reframe will be your jam.
Teacher Testimonials
“Everything we did aimed to align the mind and body. So that the physical and mental aspects were in constant dialogue, thereby better communicating with the world and the people around. To reconnect with our human nature and communicate what one truly feels and what’s happening, without any fear.”
“I appreciate how this workshop allowed us to experience more than one [domain], which reflects a fuller range of human experience – how we come in contact with the world, process information and express ourselves.”
“The most powerful thing for me about this course was a sense of courage, which sprang from the web of connection within myself and between us. I found myself to be more truly myself, as well as really recognizing myself to be just a single stand in the whole boundless web. There is a sense in me now that we can make sense of the world together, not in a dried-out textbook way but in a way that unites the head and the heart. From this unity we can act.”

Single and Double Tents
Located in campgrounds throughout the property, these 12′ x 14′ tents have two twin beds, two bookcases and a hanging clothes rack.* Each campground offers a shared bathhouse. Summer platform tents are available from late May through early September. A tent can be rented as a single (without a roommate) or a double (with a roommate).
Some of our campgrounds were impacted by a recent wildfire and the affects may still be visible this summer, however, they are safe to use.
Bedding is not provided. Please bring your own twin sheets, blanket or sleeping bag, a pillow and towels.
Dormitories
Rooms with beds for up to 7-8 people. Gender-segregated with men in their own dorm and women in another. The dorms use a shared bathroom down the hall, which is also equipped with shower stalls.
Monk Rooms
A cost-effective option for participants looking for indoor, solitary lodging, but who don’t mind using a shared bathroom or are looking for a more affordable retreat solution. These rooms are in the same hall as the Ridgen Dormitories, but offer more privacy than the dorms. In addition to a bed, bedding, a private room and closet, the monk rooms also have a large window and a desk and desk chair for added comfort.

Junior Suite
Our Lodge Junior Suites include a queen-size bed topped by a cozy comforter, a desk, dresser, closet and private bath with bathtub, plus a sitting area.
