In this free online class, internationally renowned teacher Kali Basman introduces her foundational framework of The Three Wisdom Realms: Head, Heart, and Hara.
Drawing from Buddhist psychology, , Yin and Yang yoga, breathwork, and contemplative embodiment, this experiential evening explores how awakening is not merely cognitive, but fully embodied.
Together we will explore:
- The Head Realm — perception, thought patterns, mental overactivity, and clarity
- The Heart Realm — emotion, compassion, grief, tenderness, and relational presence
- The Hara Realm — grounding, instinct, vitality, intuition, and deep nervous system regulation
Through guided practice, meditation, breath, and inquiry, participants will begin to sense where they habitually live, where imbalance emerges, and how to return toward a more integrated center of being.
