Robbie Rettmer – Executive Director
Executive Director of Drala Mountain Center, Robbie brings over 25 years of experience in organizational and leadership development, having designed award-winning programs for global organizations including McKinsey Consulting, Ford Motor Company, GE Aviation and ConAgra Foods. She first came to DMC in 1985, inspired by the Kagyu and Shambhala teachings of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, and since 2002 has devoted herself to the Mahamudra and Nyingma path under the guidance of Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche. As a practitioner, teacher, and meditation instructor, she has completed numerous group and solo retreats. As Executive Director, Robbie is dedicated to revitalizing DMC’s legacy, stewarding resources to rebuild systems and restore the land, and ensuring our programs continue to offer the teachings of wisdom and compassion for the benefit of practitioners, families, and our communities.
