About the Retreat
There is an art to slowing down, and profound wisdom in the practice of stillness. Join Cole and Heather for a long weekend immersion into the deeply nourishing practices of yin and restorative yoga. While both invite us to slow down and turn inward, they offer distinctly different pathways to stillness. Yin encourages mindful exploration of sensation through sustained postures, while restorative yoga invites deep rest through complete support and surrender.
What makes this immersion unique is the opportunity to study both modalities together — exploring their differences, shared wisdom, and the ways they beautifully complement one another. Through experiential practice, thoughtful study, and hands-on teaching, we’ll explore anatomy, the subtle body, sequencing, and the art of creating accessible, supportive experiences for students.
Designed for yoga teachers seeking to expand their knowledge and teaching skills, this immersion offers an opportunity to deepen both practice and understanding. We also welcome bodyworkers, energy practitioners, and dedicated yoga students who wish to explore these practices more fully. Come to learn, practice, connect, and experience the transformative power of slowing down.
This program offers 25 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) via Yoga Alliance.
