About the Program

As the snow begins to melt in the mountains, we turn toward Lakshmi in her tantric form as Kamala, “the lotus one.” The lotus roots itself in dark mud, rises through the water, and opens into the light without being stained by where it came from. Kamala reminds us that abundance and beauty aren’t something we chase. They unfold from within when we make room for them, just as spring unfolds from winter.

Rooted in the non-dual Shakta-Shaiva tradition of tantra, this class weaves a gentle, sacred yoga flow with mantra and meditation in a circle of women. Like the lotus, we’ll let what’s been resting all winter stir and rise, and taste the fullness that lives at your deepest core.

Come ready to explore myth, mantra, movement, and inquiry into how Kamala Devi is a part of your own consciousness and how she enhances our understanding of everyday life.
