About the Retreat
In Sanskrit, mantra is composed of two roots: man (mind) and tra (protect). Mantras are, quite literally, tools to protect the mind. The sound of a mantra carries a reverberation into the silence and spaces of meditation, offering us ways to heal, settle, and travel deeper into ourselves.
Through mantra, we can work with specific energies for protection and purification. Let sound ripple into silence. Join Tibetan Doctor Nashalla G Nyinda, to learn the meanings behind some of the most commonly practiced seed syllables and mantras, then carry their vibrations into meditation and feel the shifts, even in the stillness between sounds. Heal. Settle. Protect. Purify.
