About the Retreat
What if money is not an obstacle to awakening, but one of its most revealing classrooms? Money touches nearly every aspect of our lives, influencing our choices, relationships and our sense of well-being. Yet it is often one of the most challenging places to bring awareness, compassion and wisdom. In a culture that encourages striving, accumulation and comparison, we often find ourselves caught between financial concerns and a longing for a more meaningful and balanced life.
This retreat explores how our relationship with money can become an integral part of our spiritual path. Drawing on Buddhist teachings, mindfulness practice, and practical financial wisdom, we will investigate the beliefs, emotions, habits, and fears that shape our experience of money. Together we will explore themes of enoughness, generosity, values-based living, and financial well-being.
Through teachings, reflections, and meditation practices, we will gain practical tools for relating more skillfully to money, while cultivating greater freedom from scarcity, anxiety, and self-judgment. Rather than viewing money as separate from spiritual practice, we will explore how our financial lives can become a powerful arena for awakening and an opportunity to cultivate awareness, wisdom, and a deeper sense of enough.
