Radiance Rising: A Summer Solstice Movement and Meditation Gathering

June 20–22, 2025

On Land Retreats, Yoga & Wellness

Program Start Date & Time: June 20th  |  5:30 pm

Program End Date & Time: June 22nd  |  12:30 pm

Celebrate the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, by welcoming the light and honoring this powerful moment of transition. This is a time to connect with our natural gifts and allow our inner light to shine.

This retreat will honor the Summer Solstice with movement practices (gentle and restorative yoga, Qi Gong, slow flow, Yoga Nidra, and Kundalini) alongside meaningful rituals such as meditation, journaling and intention setting. We’ll tap into this potent time and welcome a pathway to step into our own innate power with queries such as:

  • What accomplishments are ready to be celebrated?
  • How do you harness your innate gifts?
  • What practices amplify your offerings to the world?
  • What are the rest and reset practices that nourish you (and can we add to that list)?
  • Is there anything ready to be released?
  • What are you calling in for the Summer Solstice?

No prior yoga experience is required, all are welcome.

Program Presenters

Tracey Erin Lanham, E-RYT 500 and Heather Lindemann, E-RYT 500 are life-long heart sisters who have taught and studied yoga together for over 25 years. Individually, they bring a passionate, unique lens to the full spectrum of sacred practices. Collectively they are seekers on the path who have studied vinyasa, restorative, Yin yoga, Kundalini, energetics, Tantra, tarot, mudras, meditation, ceremony and Ayurveda.

Testimonials:

“Individually, Tracey and Heather are exceptional teachers — when they teach together, magic happens. Each of them brings their own style, and their own areas of deep specialty, which blends together to fill every nook and cranny of the workshop experience or yoga practice, and touches mind, heart, spirit, and body of each of us in the room. I’ve studied under and practiced with both of them since 2013, and continue to learn beautiful game-changing lessons along the way.”
—Lisa

“Heather and Tracey are each amazing teachers in their own right. Heather brings in the earth medicine with her grounded, comforting and loving presence, and Tracey brings in the fierce fire with her radiance. When they teach together, a new synergy happens. They hold space together and teach together to bring about a transformative experience.”
—Maria
