Program End Date & Time: February 8th, 2026  |  12:30 pm

Heal from grief & loss, return to joy & ease on retreat with

the Brahma Vijaharas: The Buddhas Divine Abodes

KARUNA – compassion | METTA – loving kindness | MUDDITA – selfless joy | KSHAMA – forgiveness

Explore the Heart’s Innate Wisdom

A retreat where the timeless teachings of the Divine Abodes—loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and forgiveness are woven into practice of Yoga & Zen.

Enjoy a weekend of noble silence, deep teachings, invigorating flows, wholesome meals, heart-throbbing breathwork, contemplative Yin and restorative practice, and a deeply nourishing retreat.

This immersion will focus on recovering from interpersonal trauma and loss, grief and sorrow and the cultivation of deep joy and radical equanimity.

A silent meditation retreat is not an escape from life—it is a profound return to it, where stillness becomes the teacher and the self is revealed not through doing, but through simply being.

Enter a sacred pause. In the stillness of winter, we gather to reconnect with the wisdom of the heart.

Healing the Heart is a weekend immersion weaving the contemplative practices of Zen meditation with the embodied flow of Yin and Vinyasa Yoga. This retreat is an invitation to soften the armor, release what is no longer needed, and return to the innate intelligence of your inner life.

Through rhythmic vinyasa sequences, long-held yin postures, silent sits, dharma reflections, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)–inspired inquiry, we’ll explore how to create space within the body and psyche for healing, presence, and renewal.

Held in the majestic and quiet landscape of Drala Mountain Center, this retreat offers a sacred container for movement, stillness, and transformation. Whether you are tending to grief, seeking clarity, or simply longing to rest in what is true—this space welcomes all of you.

All levels are welcome. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is required.
