Program Start Date & Time: July 1st  |  5:30 pm

Learn how to feel and direct Chi energy throughout your body and the space around you. This set of seven exercises is designed to circulate blood and energy to enhance and balance the physical, mental and spiritual health of the practitioner. Classes will focus on learning how to release tension and energetic blockages, increase breathing capacity, and smooth the nervous system and build strong and smooth energy. This set has been widely practiced in China and derives from both Taoist and Buddhist medical and spiritual traditions. By the end of the course you will have a complete daily practice to maintain vigorous health and a profound sense of wellbeing.
