2-5 pm: Participants arrival

Linda Zizlavska is a hatha yoga and embodiment teacher with 20+ years of experience. With a degree in Integrative Health Care, she specializes in bridging ancient healing modalities with science-based research. While offering her services through Body Centered Wisdom, she also teaches Earth Permaculture as essential aspect of holistic health and wellness.
