Take time from your everyday life and embrace slowing down. Join Cole Schlam and Heather Lindemann for a grounding weekend yoga retreat immersed in the art of “doing less.” We will enjoy daily slow and nourishing yoga classes (slow flow, yin, and restorative), journaling, meditation, and other self-care practices. At the heart of this retreat will be the space to experience connection, rest, and renewal.
