A Family Journey into Nature, Connection, and Mindfulness
Step into the heart of nature and into deeper connection over the Solstice weekend— with yourself, your family, and the earth. This is a conscious gathering designed for families to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the beauty of presence together in such a fast paced world.
Through our journey into nature together, we will experience community yoga, self-regulation tools, and nature-based mindfulness practices. Expressive art activities will offer a creative outlet for self-expression while building communication skills. This experience will incorporate a sound bath towards the end to gently guide everyone into a space of deep rest, integration, and harmony.
This workshop is an invitation to:
- Reconnect with nature as a source of wisdom and healing
- Develop tools for emotional regulation and mindfulness
- Share meaningful moments of stillness, joy, creativity, and movement as a family
- Explore expressive arts as a way to process, communicate, and connect
- Experience the soothing power of sound to restore balance and presence
Open to all ages and all levels — come as you are and leave feeling more rooted, radiant, and whole as a family.
Packing list:
1. Packed lunches, we will be having a forest picnic for lunch time!
2. Make sure that all participants have a hat or sunscreen applied
3. Full water bottles
4. Yoga mats or blanket
