Step into the new year feeling grounded, intentional, and open to all that is possible. Join us at the remarkable Drala Mountain Center for a powerful two-night Awaken Abundance Retreat designed to help you shed limiting beliefs and awaken your abundance mindset.

Through daily yoga, guided meditation, visualization, breathwork, and journaling, you’ll gently release scarcity mindset and reconnect to your inner wisdom — the part of you that knows you are already whole, already enough, and fully capable of living a rich, meaningful life.

Together in sacred community, surrounded by the stillness of nature and the quiet clarity of winter, we’ll explore what abundance truly means to you and how to cultivate it from within. You’ll be supported in creating intentions and goals that align with your deepest values and leave with tools to carry this clarity into the new year.

Friday, January 30th

2:00-4:30pm arrival & check in

5:00pm orientation by Drala Mountain Center

5:30pm retreat welcome circle at Sacred Studies Hall

6:00pm – dinner

7:30 – 8:15pm – slow flow & meditation

Saturday, January 31st

7:30-8:30am – breakfast

9:00-10:00am yoga flow & meditation at Rigden Hall

10:15am – 12:30pm Abundance Mindset workshop

12:30-1:30pm lunch

1:30 – 4:30pm down time (hike, explore the grounds, nap, read your book, etc.)

5:00pm – meditation/journaling

6:00pm – dinner

7:30 – optional community connection

Sunday, February 1st

7:30-8:30am – breakfast

9:00-10:30am meditation & yoga flow

10:30 – 11:30am closing circle

12:30pm lunch and departure

Check in Instructions:

All participants must check in at our Guest Services Cabin. Check-in takes place from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm on your program start date.
(After hours guests will have a packet next to the door).

Your program begins with orientation, followed by dinner. Please see your retreat's registration page for information about the program content, scheduling, and any other details about the program.
