
Tania Smith (Lupon Lumo Woekar)
Tania Smith, also known as Lopon Lumo Woekar, is a spiritual teacher & healer, creative mentor, and Grammy-credited songwriter/musician dedicated to helping creatives and entrepreneurs align their energy, intuition, and purpose to manifest their dreams. She is the founder of Rainbow Lovina Healing Arts, where she guides clients and students through transformational programs that activate their soul mission and support clarity, creativity and wellbeing.
Originally from Tasmania, Australia, Tania built an international career as a professional musician, performing with many top tier artists including Kylie Minogue, Michael McDonald, Willie Nelson, and Jamie O’Neal, and appearing on major television programs such as The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, CMT, and the ACM Awards. Her songwriting credits include work with Nashville Songwriters Hall Of Fame inductee Rafe Van Hoy, and a song they co-wrote together called Lesson Of Love appears on the album that won Ashley Cleveland a Grammy Award for Best Rock Gospel Album “Lesson Of Love.” She was also featured on CNN International with technology correspondent Miles O’Brien for pioneering virtual world performances with her band SpaceJunky and is featured performing in live concert footage in Episode 2 of “KYLIE,” the a Netflix documentary (released May 2026) about Kylie Minogue’s life.
After experiencing profound personal healing through energetic practices, Tania spent over two decades studying spiritual traditions from Tibetan, Indian, Japanese, and shamanic lineages, and holds four hypnosis certifications, including medical hypnosis. She is a Tse Dup Healer and the first recognized non-Tibetan female Lopon in the US. She is authorized to teach a three-year certification program in the ancient Tibetan Bon five-element longevity practice of Tse Dup Yang Bod, known for its ability to heal the soul and life force through strengthening the energy field and positively influencing lifespan.
She received the spiritual name Lumo Woekar from Chongtul Rinpoche of Menri Monastery after five years of intense study, and received the Tse Dup transmission and empowerment from His Holiness the 33rd Menri Trizin, one of the five principal spiritual lineage holders in the Tibetan tradition alongside His Holiness the Dalai Lama. She has received the Tse Dup healing robe and the Kar Mo Tse Gyal hat that Tantric Lamas wear and continues private study with His Holiness the 34th Menri Trizen.
Based in Nashville, TN, Tania works with clients through private sessions, group programs, and certification training. Her work integrates energy work, meditation, subconscious healing, and creative activation to help people live with purpose, follow their bliss, and manifest their dreams.
