This will be a 3 hour intensive online session with various guided meditations, a dharma talk and Q & A. The program will utilize Stephen’s long experience of spiritual practice and years working with Israelis and Palestinians in conflict in order to help participants to live with fulfillment, insight and empowerment in the midst of the major challenges of today. We will explore how Buddhist inspired awareness practices of heart and mind can be sources of steadiness and resilience and sustain us by a more unlimited awakened view of us and the world. There will be teachings on recruiting and manifesting kindness and compassion to self and others.
