Kelly Bearer, MA, LPCC, ACHT

As a Trauma-Informed Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychedelic Psychotherapist, and Founder of Boulder Hypnotherapy Institute, I bring over 20 years of experience to my work with adults and adolescents. I specialize in helping clients overcome addictions, heal past traumas, conquer fears, improve relationships, find happiness, and enhance their careers. Through a unique blend of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Transpersonal Psychology, I focus on both external challenges and the internal rewiring necessary to break free from limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviors, unhealthy patterns, and negative habits, empowering clients to live their most authentic lives.

I hold a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and have developed an integrative approach that incorporates Clinical Hypnotherapy, Integral Theory, Gestalt Therapy, Subtle Energy, and Holistic Integrative Healing Techniques. My work is deeply influenced by my studies under Ken Wilber, the founder of Integral Theory, and I have contributed to the field as a published author in the Journal for Integral Theory and Practice. My article, “Toward an Integral Treatment Methodology for Schizophrenia,” is a culmination of my thesis research and reflects my commitment to advancing therapeutic methodologies.

In addition to my clinical work, I am an ordained Zen Monk with a profound interest in the intersection of spirituality and psychology. I believe that this intersection is where true healing begins, guiding individuals on their journey toward wholeness.
