Katharine Kaufman
Katharine Kaufman teaches meditation, writing workshops, movement improvisation, and yoga on location and online. Katharine holds MFA degrees in dance and poetics. She taught at Naropa University for many years as well as The Yoga Workshop and Studio Be in Boulder. She practiced yoga in India. Katharine is ordained in the Soto Zen lineage. Her poems can be seen in Cimmaron Review, bottle rockets, and the anthologies, Precipice: Writing at the Edge and Uncontained: Writers and Photographers In the Garden and the Margins. She publishes essays on the Substack platform. Katharine lives in Longmont, Colorado with two three-legged dogs and a cat (with four).
