Karen Moon

Karen K. Moon, LCSW is a seasoned psychotherapist who specializes in helping individuals navigate life’s most tender and transformative moments — from empty nesting and career shifts to grief, divorce, and personal reinvention. With a warm, grounded presence and decades of clinical experience, Karen empowers her clients to move through change with resilience and clarity. Her insights have been featured on influential platforms like Kelly Corrigan Wonders, Molly Carroll’s Cracking Open, and The Womed, where she shares practical tools for emotional healing and growth.

Beyond her private practice, Karen leads deeply transformative retreats for women at pivotal life stages, including at the Omega Institute and internationally through curated experiences like walking the Camino de Santiago with Indagare. She served for 14 years on the Board of Directors at Peter’s Place, a center for grieving children and families, and co-founded Safe Space for Girls, a weekly therapeutic group for adolescents. Karen lives in suburban Philadelphia with her husband, and cherishes time spent hiking, reading, and connecting with her three adult children.
