Ben Cohen, Ph.D
Ben Cohen, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience in couples counseling and psychotherapy. He began practicing meditation in 1987 while in graduate school and has a passion for integrating Eastern and Western approaches to healing and personal growth. Ben served as an adjunct faculty member at Naropa University for 10 years, was Training Director at the University of Colorado Boulder, and co-Dean of the Faculty at the Imago Institute. He has presented more than 100 couples workshops and has trained therapists nationally and internationally in the Imago approach. A self-described “spiritual wanderer,” Ben considers the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh his current spiritual home. He also finds joy in kirtan, Bhakti Yoga, and other forms of spiritual practice.
