Avishek Majumdar

I’m Avisek Majumdar, a lifelong seeker and teacher of yoga, wellness, and self-awareness. Rooted in an orthodox Indian upbringing, my journey spans over three decades, blending the teachings of the Bihar School of Yoga, Ayurveda, psychology, and spiritual guidance from the Ramakrishna Order and His Holiness the Dalai Lama. My approach is experiential, drawing from traditional practices like mantra chanting, meditation, and Ayurvedic living. As a facilitator, consultant, and mentor, I guide students through transformative practices rooted in yogic wisdom. I welcome all levels to explore the path of self-discovery, balance, and inner harmony through holistic, authentic yoga teachings.
