About Tent Setup

Tent Setup week is focused on getting our campgrounds ready for action as we head into the summer season. The primary responsibilities will be focused on putting up tents, making any needed repairs to tent platforms, and moving camp furniture into each tent. When those tasks are complete you may also be asked to help with general landscaping and prep work so we can ensure the land of Drala Mountain Center receives the care and attention it needs before the busy season.

Each day, Volunteer time is between 9am – 3pm, with a break in the middle for lunch. Outside of that time will be practice opportunities and rest time. Meals and Lodging included.

There will be an orientation on May 8th, and a planned barbecue celebration of an incredible week on May 16th. Departure for all volunteers is May 16th unless you make other arrangements.
