About the Program
In this session, participants will be introduced to boundary setting as a mindfulness practice. The program will include a brief talk and discussion as well as guided sitting and gentle movement meditations to support you in embodying boundaries from a foundation of heart-centered awareness.
Learn how tending to your nervous system, attentional skills, accessing the wisdom of the body, and curating a boundaried external environment can support you in moving through challenging communications and toxic relationship dynamics with care and compassion – without compromising your own wellbeing.
