Meditation & Mindfulness, Online Programs, The Natural World
Program Start Date & Time: March 29th 10:00 am

Discover a deeper ease in meditation — and meet Johann Robbins — in this free two-hour online introduction to Mindfulness and Non-Duality in Nature.
If you’ve ever longed for a meditation practice that feels natural instead of effortful, this session is for you. Johann will guide you into a simple, restful way of meditating that doesn’t require trying to focus or attain anything. Instead, we relax into awareness, which is already here. As we notice how easily we get caught in thoughts and emotions, we also discover the freedom of resting as the awareness that knows them — the quiet “I Am” beneath it all. Many people experience this as a sense of peace, spaciousness, and coming home.
Johann is offering a summer nature retreat at Drala, because nature is the ultimate teacher of effortless presence.
The summer retreat Johann is offering at Drala will offer a rare opportunity to explore Non-duality directly in nature’s beauty and stillness, where it becomes easier to let go and simply be. This online introduction gives you a taste of that experience and a chance to get to know Johann.
During this online program, Johann will offer a guided meditation, some teaching, and time for Q&A and discussion.
All are welcome — no experience needed.
While you are free to join or leave any time between 10:00 and noon, arriving at the beginning will help you understand the flow of the morning.
