Program Start Date & Time: May 29th, 2026  |  5:30 pm

Program End Date & Time: May 31st, 2026  |  12:30 pm

Address burnout, chronic exhaustion and deep stress patterns through ancient yogic practices that support balance in body, mind, and spirit. Take time to cultivate and learn tools that build inner resilience, shed tiredness, and support your path toward feeling renewed and energized.

Through an exploration of Ayurvedic principles and Yoga Psychology, you will deepen your understanding of this ancient science and its relevance in our modern times and your particular life situation. Yoga is both ancient and contemporary – and more essential now than ever.

Join us for a rich weekend of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Mantras, and Yajna (fire ceremony) to unwind from chronic states of fatigue and stress. Leave feeling inspired and motivated, with a personal program you can take home and continue your renewal journey.
