Matt Dorma

Matt is an emerging teacher of qigong and internal martial arts and an aspirant in the Plum Village Order of Interbeing. After years of mindfulness practice, a moment of clarity in a Thursday evening tai chi class helped him realize that his aspiration to listen to his body—and, in turn, to himself—was both simplified and deepened through mindful movement. That insight sparked a path of further study and a desire to share the practice with others. Matt studies with the Tree of Life Tai Chi Studio, Master Robert Peng and Thu Ngyuyn. As a teacher, communicator, and friend, Matt’s work is rooted in authenticity, humor, helpfulness, and warmth.
