FREE ONLINE EVENT: Exactly How to Love Yourself, Dissolve Self-Doubt & Train Your Mind

June 12, 2025

Meditation & Mindfulness, Online Programs

Program Start Date & Time: June 12th  |  6:30 pm MT

Program End Date & Time: June 12th  |  8:00 pm MT

Join international bestselling author and wisdom teacher Blake D. Bauer for a free evening talk, meditation and energetic reset that will support you to create an optimal, kind and healthy relationship to yourself that’s grounded in deep self-worth, self-respect and self-love.

This event will offer a powerful opportunity to pause, to realign your mindset and energy with your highest good, and to contemplate where and with whom you need to honor and value yourself more deeply.

If you want things to feel better, you can learn to stop hurting yourself, stop self-sabotaging, and stop allowing yourself to be hurt. We have to understand exactly how to end daily self-harm if we want to trust our mind, trust ourselves, and thus trust Life. We have to stop running and stop chasing long enough to approach things in a new way.

It’s easy to drift through our days on autopilot until a wake up call hits us in the face. But you don’t need to have an accident, get sick, self-sabotage, or be mistreated to finally love yourself, own your worth, or address your unhealthy thoughts.

You do have a right to live and to love without fear or self-doubt driving you. You have a right to exist as your true self, and you have a right to your feelings, needs, and life calling. You can learn to say your peace and wellbeing matter now in a loving, heart-centered way that benefits those around you.

At this stage you know that no one is coming to save or rescue you. You are waiting for yourself, for your own love, respect, self-honesty, and devotion. Relief and a healthier life are only a couple thoughts, habits and breaths away. Healing, worthiness and learning to trust your mind don’t have to be so complicated. Join Blake and our community to pause – in the simplicity and clarity of the eternal present moment – as we strengthen a loving relationship with ourselves and all life.

We will begin with a short meditation followed by a discussion and a live Q&A.

Together we will explore themes such as:

  • Healthy selfishness vs unhealthy selfishness
  • The importance of strengthening your energy and vibration in the present
  • How to overcome guilt, self-doubt and self-sabotage so you can trust your mind, yourself, and Life
  • How to feel worthy of health, happiness and real love
  • How to give yourself permission
  • How to forgive yourself
  • How to stop hurting yourself and stop allowing yourself to be hurt
