
Annabelle Yoo
Annabelle has cultivated a devoted yoga practice for more than 14 years, starting her path in NYC. She completed her yoga teacher training under Cyndi Lee, incorporating a mutual devotion to Tibetan Buddhist teachings and a playful, exploratory spirit on the mat. She has additionally pursued training in Ashtanga yoga and loves to teach and practice Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Advanced Asana classes, encouraging her students to break out of habitual tendencies through a dynamic mix of pranayama, vinyasa and precise alignment.
Through her formal yoga and sitting meditation practices, Annabelle continues to discover a greater freedom in her world-view for which she feels much gratitude to her teachers.
