The Reset Retreat: Women Entrepreneurs & Leaders

May 16–18, 2025

On Land Retreats, Women’s Retreats, Yoga & Wellness

Internal Family Systems & Women’s Spiritual Leadership

In a world that demands so much from women, finding the time to rest, reflect, and realign is more vital than ever. This retreat is designed for women entrepreneurs and leaders ready to transcend burnout, find clarity, and reconnect with their soul’s purpose.

During this transformative experience, you’ll replenish your body, heart, and mind through spaciousness, quiet, embodiment practices, and dharmic teachings. Held in the serene embrace of the Colorado mountains, this retreat offers a peaceful sanctuary to reconnect with yourself and nature.

Embrace the strength of sisterhood, engage in self-therapy through Internal Family Systems (IFS), and reconnect with the natural world. Each day will include gentle embodiment practices, meditation, silence, women’s circles, IFS practices, and nature walks.

Drawing on the wisdom of the Buddha, the sensuality of the Goddess, the unconditional love of the Divine Mother, and cutting-edge psychotherapeutic protocols from Internal Family Systems, you’ll settle your nervous system and access the inner guidance you need to chart your path forward.

Leave this retreat with a calm mind, a relaxed body, a renewed sense of purpose, and practical tools to lead with more confidence and grace. Join us to reset, replenish, and realign with your highest Self!

Note: To support deep reflection and inner connection, portions of this retreat—spanning from late afternoon until mid-morning each day—will be held in silence. We also encourage you to unplug for the weekend to fully immerse yourself in this restorative experience. Women of all spiritual orientations and yoga and meditation levels are welcome. Bring a journal and a sacred item to place on a group altar.
