Buddhist Meditation Retreats, Experiential Retreats, Meditation & Mindfulness, Personal Transformation, Wisdom Traditions
Join Yuval Ron, a world renowned artist for this unique experiential seminar that will journey deep into sacred music chanting, movement, and spiritual mindfulness practices, drawing from the hidden wisdom of the traditions of the East. Resulting in heart opening, increased compassion, deepening of inner explorations, these practices have been shown scientifically to impact the structure and function of the brain in ways that enhance memory, cognition and awareness. These practices also promote healing by lowering stress, anxiety, depression, and anger.
Through this incredible journey to your inner world, you will have a rare perspective into the worlds of Zen Buddhist masters, Qi Gong masters, mystic Sufi leaders, leading Neuroscientists, and scholars of Nada Yoga (The Yoga of Sound).
This seminar is experiential, and will NOT be lecture-based. Its focus is to provide a deep spiritual experience through walking and sound meditations, sacred movement from Sufi sources, ecstatic chanting, storytelling, and live Oud music by Yuval Ron. A concert that Yuval will be giving in the Great Stupa during this program will coincide with Buddha’s Birthday!
Click here to purchase tickets for the concert in the Stupa on Sunday, April 7.
