Slowing Down: A Yoga, Self-Care, and Loving-Kindness Retreat | Extended
October 5–8, 2023
Meditation & Mindfulness, On Land Retreats, Yoga, Wellness & Embodied Living
Embrace a slower pace and notice how it offers a deeper connection to mind, body, and spirit. Join Cole Schlam and Heather Lindemann for a contemplative weekend yoga retreat where we will connect with maitri (loving-kindness) and embrace the art of “doing less.” We will enjoy multiple daily yoga classes (slow flow, yin, and restorative), journaling, meditation, and other self-care practices. At the heart of this retreat will be the space to slow down and practice loving-kindness towards oneself.
See Heather Lindemann’s recent article on The Yoga of Slowing Down.
Note: This is the extended version of the retreat with a Thursday arrival. For a Friday arrival, register here.
Please review DMC’s current COVID-19 policy before visiting DMC.
