Couples Workshop
Intimate relationships challenge us to deepen our understanding and compassion for ourselves and for our partner. Once past the “Romantic Love Stage,” we often find ourselves caught in repeated patterns—usually the same few issues, coming up over and over again. Drawing from the works of Harville Hendrix, PhD, as well as Thich Nhat Hanh, this experiential workshop will explore the principles and practices of conscious relationship to equip you for both the challenges of relationship, and to deepen your love and connection. You will be guided through processes that will help you better understand your core conflicts and how to transform these into opportunities for connection, healing, and growth. You will learn how to create safety and increase your capacity for giving and receiving love. Join us for this powerful weekend, and take your relationship to a higher level!
