Come home to yourself. Say YES to a spacious retreat designed to nurture your body, heart, and mind. Connect with your heartfelt knowing through embodied practices inspired by sacred wisdom traditions. Our practice will be centered around cultivating grace and possibility through remembering, nourishing, and resting in what is most important. The daily schedule will include guided meditation, yoga, bodywork, and time in nature, while being held in community. You will leave this retreat feeling open, inspired, and ready to move through the world with gratitude, connection, and trust in your wholeness.

2:00 pm – Guided Hike, Stupa Visit, Individual Sessions, Rest

Therapeutic Massage and Body Wisdom Sessions with Brooke

60 minute therapeutic massage -$125

90 minute therapeutic massage -$150

Body Wisdom Session-  The body and mind are intricately connected. In this 2 hour session, get to know yourself more deeply. Experience an array of body-centered modalities steeped in self-compassion. Carry these tools with you into your everyday life so that you may embody a greater state of calm. – $250

Personalized g.r.a.c.e. practice with Marissa

Deepening Trust in Grace & Possibility: 1:1 with Marissa

In these 1:1 meetings, you will be able to create your own personalized g.r.a.c.e. practice with Marissa’s guidance. In these interactive sessions, you will be able to ask questions and be in conversation with Marissa about what resources and rituals best support you and what you need. Marissa may offer a range of journaling prompts, poems, meditations, and embodied practices to help you cultivate greater self-compassion, presence, and trust in your wholeness.

Brooke Binstock

Brooke Binstock is a Licensed Social Worker, writer, massage therapist, and founder of Open Circle Healing, a wellness initiative rooted in body based self-care practices. Through her work, she is dedicated to cultivating a nonjudgmental approach to being human. Her teaching style is warm, grounded, compassionate, intuitive and body-centered. She encourages her clients and students to come home to themselves in a gentle, spacious and loving way.

Marissa Knox

Marissa C. Knox, PhD is a trained Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, researcher, and writer focused on supporting others to cultivate resilience, live with integrity, and embody compassionate wisdom. She is the author of g.r.a.c.e. and possibility, a book of poetry, contemplations, and self-reflective writing practices. In Marissa’s teaching and writing, she invites you to nurture a deeper connection to your wholeness, nature, and the miracle, mystery, and magic available in every moment.

Kelly Lindsey

Kelly Lindsey is a mother, meditation teacher, and somatic psychotherapist. She has been a meditation practitioner for more than 20 years and offers online meditation classes and workshops through Mind Oasis, a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting a compassionate global community and making meditation practice accessible to practitioners worldwide.

Program Details

Registration takes place from 2– 5 pm on your program start date. All participants and volunteer staff must check in at our Guest Registration house. Please arrive before 5 pm to check-in and settle into your accommodations. Your program begins with dinner, followed by an orientation. The Guest Registration house closes at 5 pm after which no one is available to provide information or orient you to your accommodations. All programs usually end at 12:30 pm on the program's departure date, followed by lunch. Further specifics regarding your program's schedule will be available upon arrival. If applicable, you will receive an email from the program coordinator in the week prior to your program with any additional information you may need.
