Connect with your heartfelt knowing through embodied practices inspired by sacred wisdom traditions. A nourishing daily schedule will include guided meditation, yoga, bodywork, time in nature, and meaningful connection with others. You will leave this retreat feeling open, inspired, and ready to meet your everyday life with greater clarity and compassion.

Kelly Lindsey is a meditation teacher, mind-body therapist, and mother. She has been a meditation practitioner in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage for nearly 20 years. Kelly is the co-founder of Dakini Meditative, a company created to support and inspire the practice of meditation and mindful living.
Marissa Knox is a PhD candidate at UT Austin with a research focus on self-compassion. Marissa teaches yoga and meditation with wholehearted reverence, integrity, and deep-rooted compassion. She sees spiritual practice as a remembrance of our wholeness, with each breath a sacred invitation to discover all we need within.
Brooke Binstock is a heart-centered solopreneur and owner of Open Circle Healing, an all encompassing wellness initiate where self-care and self-acceptance are the main pulse. In addition to teaching yoga and meditation, Brooke is also a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Therapeutic Massage and Body Wisdom Sessions with Brooke

Body Wisdom Session- The body and mind are intricately connected. In this 2 hour session, get to know yourself more deeply. Experience an array of body-centered modalities steeped in self-compassion. Carry these tools with you into your everyday life so that you may embody a greater state of calm. – $250
iRest® Meditation and Self-Compassion Sessions 1:1 with Marissa
Guided Session – In 1:1 guided sessions, you have the opportunity to be led in a personalized iRest® yoga nidra or Mindful Self-Compassion© meditation that is tailored to your intentions and goals for your practice, growth, and discovery.
Interactive Session- In 1:1 interactive sessions, the meditation experience includes an open-ended dialogue about your inner exploration. Whatever you discover guides the unfolding of the practice. Interactive sessions allow you to reveal deep insights and cultivate greater self-compassion, presence, and connection to yourself and your life.
