ONLINE • Creating a Beautiful Life (in Hard Times): An Online Women’s Retreat
August 29–30, 2020
Meditation & Mindfulness, Online Events, Personal Transformation, Wisdom Traditions
Designing a life of beauty and meaning—one in which you can radiate your deepest truth, regardless of external circumstances—is the grandest creative project you’ll ever take on. It’s also a tremendous dare when faced with times as hard as the ones we’re in.
But it’s so worth it. As feminine beings, the world needs our medicine of truth, goodness, and beauty now more than ever. Plus, one of the top five regrets of the dying is: “I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself.”
During these pandemic times, let’s gather together to re-sort and re-fine your life vision. Within this sacred container, gift yourself with the space, inner and outer quiet, inspiration, supportive sisterhood, and guidance you need to reflect on your path anew.
Through inspiring talks, embodiment practices of women’s yin and slow flow yoga, Buddhist meditation, journaling, deep rest, group sharing, and sacred silence, you’ll leave with a revamped vision that can withstand whatever curveballs life may throw your way.
All self-identified women, with all levels of yoga and meditation experience, are warmly welcome. Please bring your journal, as well as whatever yoga and meditation props you may need.
