Mindfulness Getaway

December 3–5, 2021

Experiential Retreats, Meditation & Mindfulness, Personal Transformation

Feeling stressed, anxious, speedy, confused, depressed? Life these days can be challenging in so many ways. Thousands of years of experience, and now science, have shown that the practice of mindfulness can help establish relaxation, stability, clarity, and appreciation in our lives.

Take a break from the daily grind and learn techniques to bring mindfulness into your daily life.

Beginning with practicing mindfulness on the meditation cushion, this getaway will introduce you to the breadth of possibilities in applying mindfulness to every aspect of your life. The retreat will include activities such as mindfulness practice instruction, mindful hiking, mindful eating, and the active appreciation of our basic sense perceptions altogether. There will be plenty of time to relax, explore the natural wilderness, and converse with new friends over healthy meals.

So give yourself a break, give yourself some time to nourish your body and your mind.

Please review and understand SMC’s current COVID-19 policy before visiting SMC.
