During this weekend retreat, you will:
- Connect to spiritual and secular teachings on mindful eating and why it matters to ourselves and our world
- Learn how to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT “Tapping”) to resolve the unconscious core beliefs and behaviors that sabotage your eating behaviors
- Understand and heal the deeper social and ecological issues that can hinder your wisest food choices
- Design for yourself simple daily rituals that work within your lifestyle to connect you to peace and gratitude for the food on your table
A Little About EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

EFT combines coaching techniques with acupressure in the form of fingertip tapping on acupuncture points.
