Kundalini Yoga Retreat: Renew Yourself with The Wisdom of Nature
September 27–29, 2024
Healing Workshops, Meditation & Mindfulness, On Land Retreats, Yoga, Wellness & Embodied Living
Step into a transformative journey and renew yourself with the wisdom of nature. Our Kundalini retreat is designed to guide you through a profound exploration of the five tattvas—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—each element providing unique insights and healing opportunities. Engage in deep meditation, conscious movement exercises (kriyas), and nourishing ceremony that will leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and connected to your true self. We will integrate the entire weekend experience with the healing sounds of the Gong. The Gong has a powerful effect on our nervous system, aiding the circulatory, glandular, and immune systems, and harmonizing our entire being.
We will work with the wisdom of each element to integrate their qualities as follows:
Earth: Grounding on Earth
Release childhood blocks and embrace stability and security allowing the Earth’s energy to support and nurture you.
Water: Feeling and Flow
Embrace the fluidity of water to overcome blocks in creativity and manifestation, honoring the cycles of life and nature.
Fire: Transformation and Release
Ignite your inner fire to transform and release ancestral blocks to open the channels of prosperity.
Air: Heart Expansion and Rhythm
Find the rhythm of your breath and heart beat to achieve heart coherence, helping to transmute emotions and sensations into inspired action.
Ether: Allowing and Connecting
Open the channels that connect with the frequency of the Universe to manifest your True Self.
Some of the activities that we will be doing over the course of the weekend:
- Grounding exercises
- Forest bathing
- Meditation for each of the tattvas/elements
- Kundalini Yoga Kriyas
- Morning Sadhana practice
- Gong sound bath healing
- Ceremonies to integrate the experience
Join us on this transformative retreat to reconnect with nature, yourself, and the abundant energy that flows through all of creation. Discover the wisdom within and renew your spirit with the ancient practices of Kundalini yoga. No previous kundalini yoga experience is required.
