Forest Bathing/Shinrin-yoku Experience – Where Nature Greets the Soul
Embark on a rejuvenating Forest Bathing/Shinrin-yoku Experience that invites you to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this forest therapy not only enhances your health and well-being but also serves as a soulful journey where nature greets your spirit. The experience includes a sequence of guided invitations, offering both structure and room for creativity and serendipity.
Following the therapeutic forest session, enjoy a savory, omnivorous, plant-based meal for lunch at our dining hall. Afterward, venture on a self-guided tour of the Great Stupa to extend your connection with the serene surroundings. This immersive encounter promises a profound exploration and cultivation of a deeper relationship with the natural world.
The experience lasts for approximately 2.5 hours, plus lunch.
Please park in the main parking lot on your left after arriving at the first stop sign. We will be meeting at the Guest Services Building.
Extend Your Experience:
Lunch is included, or stay overnight to enjoy the sacred land of DMC for a bit longer!
