June 17–21, 2016

Tuition $365 + 4 nights

This program has been cancelled.

As long as you have relatives, a job, or simple preferences, conflict is going to be a part of life. Bracing yourself against it won’t make it go away, but you can learn to navigate it in a way that honors everyone involved—and even make it a source of deep insight and creativity. In this 4-day workshop with Diane Musho Hamilton, you will learn and practice:

  • Mindfulness-Awareness as the ground from which you engage conflict
  • Exploring personal conflict styles, and expanding your response repertoire
  • Cultivating presence when working with the intensity of high emotions
  • Inhabiting multiple perspectives and privileging perspectives
  • Basic negotiation skills and creative outcomes
  • Trusting the intelligence of conflict in context of growth and change
