Cole Schlam and Heather Lindemann will guide daily yoga classes (yin, restorative, slow flow, and active flow) along with journaling, meditation, and other mindfulness practices with ample time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Heather Lindemann

A student, teacher and seeker of yoga for almost two decades, Heather Lindemann, 500 E-RYT, is a skilled yoga teacher specifically in the modalities of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, vinyasa flow (all levels) and Yoga Nidra. Heather received her restorative yoga training with Judith Hansen Lasater and is a member of the Yoga, Body Image Coalition. She has also participated in intensives with Sally Kempton who she considers her primary meditation teacher.

Cole Schlam

Cole walks side-by-side all of us on this crazy, heart-filled journey and shares the tools she has learned along the way.  An E-RYT 500, Cole studies and teaches many forms of yoga including flow, yin, and slow flow.  Great influences on her teaching and practice include her main teacher, Janet Stone, the writings of Pema Chödrön and researcher-storyteller Brené Brown, trauma-informed yoga teachers such as Hala Khouri, and functional alignment and yin teacher, Bernie Clark.

Program Details

Registration takes place from 2– 5 pm on your program start date. All participants and volunteer staff must check in at our Guest Registration house. Please arrive before 5 pm to check-in and settle into your accommodations. Your program begins with dinner, followed by an orientation. The Guest Registration house closes at 5 pm after which no one is available to provide information or orient you to your accommodations. All programs usually end at 12:30 pm on the program's departure date, followed by lunch. Further specifics regarding your program's schedule will be available upon arrival. If applicable, you will receive an email from the program coordinator in the week prior to your program with any additional information you may need.
